Dalyan is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and still remains very unspoiled. 12 years ago, Dalyan was a small fishing village where the discovery of the Loggerhead Turtles led to a campaingn to designate the area to become a conservation area. Dalyan, unlike the many other resorts has not changed that much since the boom of tourism and still retains its natural charm.
